*Etouffee

*Cajun Beer Butt Chicken

*Sauage on a Stick

The Coonass Festivall will always be the last Sunday, in April.  The day starts when the door opens at 12noon!!  The first band will play right out the back door, off the covered patio of “The Gin Mill Club on the Bayou” and the second band will play inside the club.  Both bands will get just about everyone off their seat and hopping and a stomping to the beat.  The Owner Les Wheeler is a "certifiable" Cajun born and raised in Louisiana.

This years Coonass Festival will feature the musical stylings of:

Zydeco Dots
Diane Mcallister and Charley Finn
and more bands TBA

Come on by and have a Cajun good time on Sunday the 29th of April 2007
